💭" I'm overwhelmed with thoughts"

How to declutter, & manage:

  • Do you get to the end of the night and find that your mind will not switch off from worry? You feel like everything is bad, and therefore feel bad, you need to remind yourself. Change the channel.

  • What you need is a way to declutter a Mind-full and how to manage those thoughts. To be more in control and less overwhelmed, more able to think straight. This is great to practice once a week. Mind-full to Mindful.

💭"I can't stop focusing on only seeing what's wrong. It's all bad, I feel bad"

Grateful moment:

  • A practice to reconnect and refocus thoughts to nice feelings. Best to practice at the end of every day and have your go-to list with you, in your bag or on your desk, fridge. etc. as a visual reminder.

  • Overwhelmed with worry, can't see a way out, same thoughts going around and around with no solution. Your head is full, it's too much, you feel overwhelmed and even panicky, too many problems at once with no way out, in need.

💭"Nothing cheers me up, I 'm not connecting to anything"

My go-to feel good music:

  • Don't feel like doing anything, can't see or feel anything good? "I'll do it when I feel better". No reminders. Stuck in a feeling.

  • A visual reminder of the music that brings, reconnects you to a different thoughts and an action to bring you joy. Put this up in a place where you will see it every day. When you do see it, put your song on. Dance, sing! Do it, then you'll feel better.

💭"Who am I? I feel lost"

Define yourself without limiting yourself :

  • If you think that you are what you do and how you do it and that that defines you, what do you do when you change your mind or something changes that is out of your control, are you then lost? No! But you might feel like it if you have labelled yourself.

  • To help you unsubscribe to self-limiting labels and refocus on who you really are and who you want to be. Whenever you are feeling a little lost and need direction, it's a go-to grounding reminder.
