Get prepared
Before we start it is a good idea to get some things into place a day or two in advance, so that you don’t find yourself thinking “I cant do this I don’t have what i need”.
You’ll need —————————————->
Day 1 - Awareness to avoid distractions in the morning
Day 2 - A small selection of seasonal Fruits and Vegetables
Day 3 - Awareness to try mindfulness
Day 5 - 30 Minutes set aside for this activity, preferably in the morning,
Day 6 - Herbal teas
Day 7 - 1+ hours set aside for outdoor time

Balance - Nervous system
