The first session or two includes learning about anxiety, how we can become stuck in an anxiety circle & helping you to discover your own innocent habits and beliefs perpetuating the anxiety circle.

Subsequent sessions include learning how to exit the anxiety circle, applying a holistic approach as well as CBT tools to help you to achieve a reduction in anxiety and prevention of anxiety. Plus we will work on life goals you would like to begin working on.

In which collaboratively we will

  • Facilitate learning and understanding about what anxiety is.

  • Look at ways in which you may have been caught up in an anxiety circle in order for you to exit.

  • Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind

  • Take a holistic approach to find the causes of your anxiety

  • Guide you through identifying and challenging negative thought patterns
