Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind
Your requirements are
To be as open-minded as possible to new ways of viewing things
To be willing and ready to change
To try new things even when you don’t feel like it
At the end of the session, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, know what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, and be able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent.
